Net power & population are real balances from the data: generators add energy, structures and turrets draw it; buildings supply population while units consume it. A negative total means a deficit you'd have to cover. Minerals and gears are one-time build costs; build time is cumulative (the game builds many things in parallel, so treat it as an upper bound).
